I placed my order, but have not received a confirmation email with information about how to access my purchase. Is there a delay?

I wanted to buy the Professional Package to have lifetime access for €89/€99, but when I proceed, it gives me a different price (€105/€117/etc.).

I noticed that all training sessions start at 2:00 pm CET - is that correct? 

Help! I can’t get the videos to play or they are skipping/playing slowly…
